Dibs Referral Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Dibs ("Sponsor"), Provo, Utah. Questions: hello@calldibss.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside in Utah, Idaho, or Virginia. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at launch and ends when 100 eligible entries have been received, or on the date the Sponsor announces, whichever comes first (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor will post the end date on this page.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

1. Share your personal Dibs invite link or QR code (found in the app under Profile → Invite friends) with a friend.
2. When your referred friend creates a Dibs account using your invite and completes their first job on Dibs, both you (the referrer) and your referred friend will each receive one (1) entry into the drawing.

The Promotion is limited to the first 100 eligible participants. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win — referring a friend and completing a job on Dibs are both free.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $100 gift card to a local restaurant of the winner's choice (subject to availability). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 USD. One (1) prize total. The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is allowed except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about the date the Sponsor announces at the end of the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the email or contact information associated with their Dibs account within seven (7) days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if it cannot be run as planned, including due to fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond the Sponsor's control. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any restaurant or gift-card brand.
